Our Class Styles

Semi Private & Private Equipment Studio Pilates
These intimate session are ideal for those who are after one on one attention. Our method supports healing and conditioning at any age or body type. Perfect for post-injury or injury prevention, sports/dance conditioning, pre and post natal. Whether it’s strengthening, stretching, releasing, toning or repatterning your body, we support you along your journey through mind, body and breath connection. Semi private session are a maximum 1:3 in a session. Initial consultations are required before booking EQUIPMENT STUDIO PILATES.

Power Flow Yoga
Strong, sweaty and dynamic (Vinyasa) flow class, linking movement to your breath. In each of our heated classes, you’ll tone, increase flexibility & strengthen your body in a way that only yoga can through challenging bodyweight moves and repetitions. You’ll close each class feeling empowered both physically and mentally. Every class is different, expect to receive an all over body workout!
Some previous yoga experience is recommended

Yin/Stretch
Perfect for the beginner yogi through to advanced yoga practitioner. Release the connective tissue throughout your body, increase circulation and create greater range of movement and flexibility. Yin relieves the daily tension. A transformative practice for those who need to stretch-out and unwind.
Non heated class.

Mellow Yoga
Let go with gentle movement and breath. Designed for students who are new to yoga or who want to take things a little slower and more chilled than our heated power flow classes. Expect longer holds and slower transits that give you plenty of time and space to open your body and clear your mind.

Align Reformer Pilates
Set and refine the foundations of your pilates practice. Slower paced and ideal for beginners. Strengthen deep core and overall body, improve posture & balance. Our small class sizes enable individual attention, support & guidance. Classes capped at 9 people.

Dynamic Reformer Pilates
Get set for fast paced, intense classes that deliver incredible total body sculpting workouts to challenge you mentally and physically. Increase your strength, control and mobility. Join us in our luxe space for an unrivaled workout experience. Our small class sizes enable individual attention, support & guidance. Classes capped at 9 people.

Pilates HIIT (Mat Classes)
A 30 minute express HIIT conditioning class incorporating mat pilates principles. A full body workout that’s designed to sculpt your arms, legs, abs and butt. Strengthen, increase mobility and torch calories. High intensity, but low impact. Workout to upbeat music in our infrared heated room – 25c. All levels

Power Foundations
A (Power) Flow class, slowed down to focus on alignment and fundamentals. Great beginners or for those seeking a slower practice.
Heated to 25 degrees
Progressive Power Flow
Deepen you practice (Vinyasa/Power Flow) for intermediate and advanced students. Challenge yourself with arm balances & inversions.

As a yogi newbie, I was not sure what I was in for, but Ros made the whole experience amazing. I was comfortable, relaxed and fully present in the class. Did not for one second think about what was going on at home, which is a big thing for me!

Studio
Join us in our beautiful bespoke built pilates & yoga studios with detoxifying infrared heaters for our heated classes. Onsite facilities include showers and change rooms. Complimentary luxe Manuka mats, props & weights are provided in class.

Parking
Plenty of off-street parking is available for all Kinetica Yoga and Pilates clients in the Hoyle Avenue Castle Hill complex. Visitor and unmarked spots available on both ground and upper level. Alternatively, there is also ample street car parking available in the surrounding area.

Online Bookings
Yoga and pilates bookings can be made via the website or Kinetica Yoga & Pilates app. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class starting, inform your teacher of any injuries and settle in for the class.
