Reformer Pilates Policy:

• • No injuries and no pregnancy for group reformer classes. If you are injured or pregnant you will need to do an initial consultation. Please contact us directly.
  • If you pre-book a Pilates reformer class and fail to attend for any reason, you will be automatically charged a $20.00 no show fee. This includes if you are on the waitlist and confirmed for class.
  • Due to our small class sizes, we have a strict 12 hours prior cancelation period. We understand unforeseen events happen, however, if you fail to cancel within this time you will be charged the no show/late cancelation fee above, or lose a class from your pass.

If you are waitlisted and a spot becomes available, you will receive a text and/or email confirming your spot in the class. Please make sure to confirm your spot or unbook via your account.

• It is your responsibility to cancel via the Kinetic app or mindbody app. We won’t be accepting calls, emails or text messages to cancel.
• Due to class sizes, all reformer classes are to be pre-paid and pre-booked online.
