Our group reformer classes are small in size, so you receive the individual attention required to refine, strengthen and tone your body.

Our Dynamic and Align classes are 6:1, clients to instructor. Our Group classes are designed for people who are injury free and who are not pregnant.

Align Reformer Classes – Set and refine the foundations of your pilates practice. Slower paced and ideal for beginners.

Dynamic Reformer Classes – Get set for fast paced, intense classes that deliver incredible total body sculpting workouts to challenge you mentally and physically.

Pilates Sculpt (Mat Classes) – A 30 minute express HIIT conditioning class incorporating pilates mat principles. Workout to upbeat house or RnB music in our infrared heated room – 25c. A full body workout that’s designed to tone up, strengthen, increase mobility and torch calories. High intensity, but low impact. Transform both physically and mentally. Open to all levels

We also offer private lessons. These classes are ideal for those who are after one on one attention, or working with a minor injury. If you are interested in private classes, please email or call our studio number.
