Our Dynamic and Align classes are 9:1, clients to instructor. Our Group classes are designed for people who are injury free and who are not pregnant.
Align Reformer Classes – Set and refine the foundations of your pilates practice. Slower paced and ideal for beginners.
Dynamic Reformer Classes – Get set for fast paced, intense classes that deliver incredible total body sculpting workouts to challenge you mentally and physically.
Reformer classes are 45mins.
Pilates HIIT (Mat Classes) – A 30 minute express HIIT conditioning class incorporating pilates mat principles. Workout to upbeat house or RnB music in our infrared heated room – 25c. A full body workout that’s designed to tone up, strengthen, increase mobility and torch calories. High intensity, but low impact. Transform both physically and mentally. Open to all levels.
Group reformer classes are not advised for injuries and after 12 weeks pregnancy. Postnatal, please provide clearance from your doctor. Minimum return to class is 8 weeks Postpartum.
(We recommend private and semi private sessions for injuries, pregnancy & postpartum)
Private and Semi Private sessions. These classes are ideal for those who are after one on one attention, working through/ rehabing from an injury or targeted sports and dance performance training, pre and post natal. Semi private session are a maximum 1:3 in a session. Sessions are 55mins.
