Why Hot & Warm Classes?

For our Hot & Warm Yoga Classes we use infrared heaters that are a form of thermal heat that have been scientifically proven to benefit those with injuries as well as promote an increase cellular metabolism. Infrared heaters enable increased circulation, stimulating your lymphatic system and are ideal for detoxing the body.

Our hot yoga classes are heated to a safe 34 degrees celsius (°C). Warm classes are heated to 25 degrees celsius.

Please make sure to always hydrate.

How hot are the classes?
Our Power Flow hot classes are heated to 30/32c.

What do I need to bring to class?
All you need to bring is yourself :) Please wear comfortable clothes, you’re welcome to bring a water bottle and towel especially if it’s a hot class. All Mats, blocks & straps are complimentary.
For reformer pilates, please bring socks.

I’m a beginner and new to yoga & pilates, what classes are best to begin with?
The best classes to commence with are either Mellow or Yin classes, these are set at a slower pace enabling you to become familiar with the poses. Those who have a consistent exercise/sports regime are welcome to try the warmer dynamic classes. Our Power foundations are the next step up from Mellow and Yin.
For Reformer pilates we recommend you start with Align Reformer and take at least 6-10 classes.

Can I bring my child to class?
Yes, children from the age of 10 and over are welcome to join the classes. However, the classes aren’t specifically designed for children. Please be mindful of other clients in the class, part of the practice of yoga is to be able to sit still and hold focus.

I have a Direct Debit Membership and the booking system is asking me to pay?
If you have a direct debit membership and our booking system is requesting payment, please ignore this, come into the studio and we’ll sign you into class here. The system will ask you to pay when you have a direct debit payment about to come out and it won’t allow you to sign into class online.

What is your cancelation policy for Reformer Pilates?
Cancelations can be made up to 12 hours prior to your class without being charged.
Late cancelations or no shows – $20 cancelation fee or loss of class. This includes if you are waitlisted.

If you are waitlisted and a spot becomes available, you will receive a text and email confirming your spot in the class. Please make sure to confirm your spot or unbook yourself.
