Pranayama is the holding, containing and distributing of energy in the body and its main methodology is breathing techniques. We can also use Asana as an effective form of Pranayama. Its purpose is to awaken certain pranic centers and pathways to effect energy and the mind as desired. We can use pranayama to energize, to be calm and steady, to bring light to the mind or the heart, to purify the channels, activate certain organs, prepare for meditation, you name it, the list is long! In this workshop Brad will breakdown the mechanics of the breath and teach various exciting pranayama techniques to vastly improve your practice and life.

Brad Hay is a world class ParaYoga and Meditation Teacher with a professional teaching career stretching over 20 years. He is renowned for his laid back, down to earth attitude and approach as he manages to make Yoga’s ancient and mystical traditions feel light, accessible and easy to understand in our modern lifestyle. In Colorado 2007 Brad met his current mentor of 12 years, Master Teacher, Yogarupa Rod Stryker, founder of ParaYoga. Rod is considered to be one of the worlds leading authorities in the Tantra Yoga Tradition & officially initiated Brad into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2010. Brad completed ParaYoga’s Master Training Program and is considered one of Para Yoga’s leading Senior Certified Teachers.
In addition Brad is a Nationally Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and a professional member the National Ayurvedic Medical Accociation in the USA. He completed his studies through on of the USA’s leading and most recognized Schools, The Californian College of Ayurveda.
Brad leads Tantra Yoga & Ayurveda workshops, intensives, and retreats around the world and has recently relocated with his family back to his home country, Australia after 18 years in the USA. Brad is currently the only ParaYoga Certified Teacher in Australia.
