We’re hosting a kids yoga workshop so your little yogis can come and have some fun on the mat. Yoga for children is an amazing way for them to explore their abilities through movement and creative play. Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and games, children are able to explore their imagination in a fun, safe environment. Expect to laugh and sweat your way to savasana!

About Di

My passion for children developed from an early age. I am an experienced classroom teacher who has branched out into tutoring children one on one. Plus, a mother of two boys myself.
I love working with children to feed into their development as holistic learners.

I get a buzz out of seeing children achieve things they think is out of their reach. To hear a child, say “I think I can do that now” or “I knew how to do that task in class because of our time together” is the most rewarding thing.

I find that a lot of children feel they can’t do something based of their belief or their self-esteem. Within the space of yoga, I give children an opportunity to play and practice with their bodies and discover. Through this I am able to challenge their internal stories.

Di is a registered 200YTT and yoga for kids.
