This quote explains yin yoga very well… The amazing benefit of yin yoga is not only that it provides deep healing of your joints and leaves you with a feeling of lightness for days, it also helps you to explore moving out of your comfort zone and finding peace right there on the edge…

In this workshop will be using the amazing benefits of Yin yoga, to learn about and connect into our energy system; the chakras. The chakra system relates to our basic human qualities. Energetically we are not always balanced throughout these qualities creating mental, emotional and physical tension. When we are more balanced we feel more calm, light and free.

Yin yoga is complementary to any stronger yoga practices and is suitable for all levels.

Anneriek has been teaching yoga for 20 years, completed far over 1000 hours of teacher training and is certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Prana Flow and Yin yoga, She is a Level 3 Senior Registered Teacher with Yoga Australia and RYT500 with Yoga Alliance.
She knows that yoga is not just a physical practice but that it is about overcoming your fear and self doubt. About creating space were you feel stuck, about being kind and revealing your heart. That it is about believing in yourself.
