Our 4 week Beginners Yoga Course is the perfect course for those just starting out on their yoga journey.

Learn the foundations for a solid and safe yoga practice. Feel confidant on your mat and in your practice by taking the time to breakdown and understand fundamental yoga postures, alignment and breath.

In our Beginners course you’ll learn:

– Warming up postures and how to link movement and breath.
– The sequence of a sun salutation, with good alignment for your body.
– Common standing and seated postures, and modifying them to suit your needs.
– Building confidence to practice yoga in a class or at home.
– A range of simple breathing and meditation techniques.
