Strong, sweaty and dynamic (Vinyasa) flow class, linking movement to your breath. In each of our heated classes, you’ll tone and strengthen your body in a way that only yoga can through challenging bodyweight moves and repetitions. Expect to build strength, flexibility, explore arm balances, and deepen your body awareness. You’ll close each class feeling empowered both physically and mentally. Every class is different, expect to receive an all over body workout!
Previous yoga experience is recommended.
Heated classes are set to 32 degrees and 25 degrees
A (Power) Flow style class, slowed down so we can focus on the alignment and fundamentals of the practice.
This class is geared towards beginners, the returning student and those seeking a slower practice. Room warmed to 25 degrees
